Yoga with Dara in College Hill

Yoga classes that honor all body types and levels of experience. Thursdays at 7 pm at College Hill Pilates and Physical Therapy.

This drop-in class will guide you through a balanced sequence of stretching and strengthening postures, with variations to suit your needs. We will practice breathing and meditation techniques to assist you in creating peace in your life off the mat.

Dara teaches Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga I and Yoga II courses, both in-person and online, at the University of Cincinnati
